A Word from our Broker
As I sit at my
desk and read my emails each day, I am overrun with solicitations to help my agents and I get leads and mortgages and join this group and join that group. Oh, and the ever popular,” let me teach
you what you alrea dy know” seminars.
One day, I had just had it! Why, I wondered, is there not a place where agents can just do their business without someone always trying to stick their fingers into their pockets?
I know what it means to be in the trenches, trying to make a living out of the pittance that an agent receives after the broker and admin and everyone else gets there pound of flesh.
I thought some more about what I did when I was an agent. I just wanted to sell Real Estate and make some money and be with
my family and do the things that I liked to do. I was able to find a broker that let me work from home but it was so expensive and I
was REALLY alone once I did that. No one to ask questions to or bounce ideas off of, no one to help me if I got stuck on
something. There was no one to tell me about new and upcoming changes in the law. Now, I was still paying a % of my
commission and those fees and I had no support. It was very lonely! Truthfully, my sales also went down. Then came the slow
times. Funny how the monthly charges didn’t change though. I heard that some agents were having trouble because they still had to meet a quota too. Yuck!
Well, I got my Broker’s license and set out to help others that find themselves in the position that I was in. After about a year of
research and gathering together some of the best tools for Real Estate in California, I came up with this idea. Why not set up a
place where REALTORS® can come and get all of the help and support that they might need and at the same time, be able to
communicate and exchange information with each other while working from their own branch office ( where ever that might be).
That is how this Brokerage was born. It is my intention to make this a place for YOU, the REALTOR®. I want to help you to be
successful in any way that I can. I believe that if I can help you to become successful in Real Estate then I will also be successful.
Therefore, YOU are my job. No, YOU are my career. And I have never done anything half way in my life.
When you join us you will know that I have an open door. I want to hear from you anytime you have an idea or a question or need help. We have a full staff ready to help too. We are here for you!
Not only that but just think, you have REALTORS® from all over the state to talk to. It is my hope that this will become a true co-op of REALTORS® in our state.
I have a vision where we work together providing help and support through buyer seminars, professional listing packages and a
state of the art virtual world. Where our REALTORS® are truly...Independent but Never alone.
